Dapat Bunga
Bila dapat bunga, seronok tak terkata
Sebab tahu ada orang dok ingat kat kita
walaupun bunga akan layu juga
namun di kenang hingga bila-bila.
Pagi tadi dapat bunga from my office friends and from one friend who is in Durban. Terima kasih semua! Tu muka dah boleh senyum.......Tak dapat makan kambing!
Bila time sakit, isteri jaga makanan kita
sebab sayang, bukan sebab apa
so my favourite lamb dah tak de ataas meja
cuma di hidang buah2, sayur2 dan ikan sahaja.
I miss this lamb dinner! Doctor cakap i should refrain from red meat. The above picture was taken the last time I had lamb for dinner and it was so so delicious! Tak leh gi beli painting!
Isteri cakap, abang tu tak sehat
Tidur malam biar la cepat
Blogging tu tak yah la hebat
Chatting pun biar lah berehat!

A lot of red meat no good especially lamb coz it can cause high blood pressure. but you need red meat 9beef or deer) for iron or you'll go anaemic. Just eat balanced meal... :)
